Suitably dubbed as “DJ The Football Mom” Deborah Johnson is the first and only female to ever be invited to address the team as a chapel speaker prior to an Ohio State football Game. Deborah is the President of Goal Minded, LLC which is an organization that provides tools to help parents encourage their student athletes to use their athletic abilities to help further their education; and develop character and strong positive values.
Deborah reaches out to parents and athletes at all levels to help them channel their talents and get recruited for scholarships. Her oldest son, Jay, is a starting defensive end for the Oakland Raiders and middle son, Joshua Alexander is an outside linebacker at Kansas University. Genuine, energetic, and spiritual, Deborah's passion is to help people realize their strengths and take charge of their lives. She brings her gift of inspiration to every audience – sharing with them her prescription for adopting the best practices, both personally and professionally, that will help them find fulfillment and success in life.
